Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

  • Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier service availability.

  • We use third-party courier services for shipping and are not responsible for delays caused by them.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated; if you need an order by a specific date, contact our customer support team in advance.


🔁 Return Policy

  • You have 3 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The item is damaged, or

    • The item is different (not as described or shown).

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items that match the size chart, product description, or listed details are not eligible for return.

  • If your order arrives damaged:

    • Record a video of the unopened package.

    • Share photo and video proof within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • If you receive a delivery confirmation SMS but haven’t received the product, contact our support team within 24 hours.

Note: All returns are subject to a quality check and approval by Leader International.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • You have 3 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange.

  • Exchanges are accepted only in cases of:

    • Wrong size ordered, or

    • Item received is different (not as per description).

  • Exchange requirements:

    • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Products that match the provided size chart, description, or details cannot be exchanged.

  • Shipping charges for both sides and any price differences must be borne by the customer.

Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check, the replacement will be delivered within 5–7 business days.


💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after we:

    • Receive the returned item, and

    • Complete a successful quality check.

  • Once approved:

    • A coupon/store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days after quality check. This credit is valid for 3 months and can be used on any purchase.

    • Refund to the original payment method (e.g., Paytm, credit/debit card) will only be made in exceptional cases, approved by our team.

    • If a refund is processed to the original payment method, the amount will be credited within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. For “Free Shipping” orders, return shipping charges will be deducted based on our standard rates.


Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order by contacting us via:

  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 4 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


📝 Important Notes

  1. Some products marked “Not Returnable” in the product description or “More Information” section are not eligible for return under any condition.

  2. Handmade products may show slight variations in texture, color, or size. These are not defects but part of the product’s uniqueness.

  3. All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the discretion of Leader International, though we always strive for customer satisfaction.
