Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

  1. You have 3 Calendar Days to return an item from the date you received it. We only accept return in case of damage or different (Not as mentioned in description/Details). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Any purchase that follows our size chart /Description / Details mentioned is not allowed to return.
  2. We carefully pack our products to make sure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, take a video of the box before you open it. Send us a photo and video of the damaged item and the box within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll fix the issue right away.
  3. If you get an SMS saying your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it within 24 hours, contact the Leader team about the delivery notification.
  4. We use third party courier services for shipping and aren’t responsible for delays. We provide an estimated delivery time and do our best to get your order to you quickly. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact our customer team for more information.
  5. When we get your return and it passes our quality check, we’ll give you a store credit or voucher. You can use this voucher for any purchase within the next 3 months, with no restrictions. 
  6. Some of our products, which are handmade, you might notice small differences in texture, color, and size. These variations are normal and not defects. Each item is made by hand, which makes every piece unique.

All returns and quality checks are subject to discretion of Leader International, but don’t worry we give customer’s satisfaction utmost importance.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, A coupon of the calculated after (After deduction) will be provided to you with in the 5-7 Days for further purchase. Only in exceptional case (Allowed by our team), we will initiate a refund to your credit card / Paytm (or original method of payment) etc.. You will receive the credit within 2-3 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchange Policy

You have 3 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. We only accept exchange in case of wrong size ordered or different (Not as mentioned in description/Details). To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Any purchase that follows our size chart /Description / Details mentioned is not allowed to exchange. Shipping charges both side and any difference amount need to paid by the customer.

Cancellation:

You can raise a cancellation request by Email (support@theleaderinternational) or Call on +91-8826415185 with in 4 hour after placing order. Once shipped order cannot be cancelled.

Note:-
1. Some Products on which returns are not allowed, have mentioned Not returnable in Description or in More Information section.
2. Shipping charges are not refundable in both the cases. In case of “Free shipping” Order, return shipping charges  will be deducted according to below given calculation.
